SmallDressUp.com is a website for children that has made a goal from providing good quality games suited for children and teens.

Collecting information

Many websites use customized systems to collect data about their visitors, using cookies to store on the local machine information such as login or browser.

We have just implemented a system that stores a cookie on your local machine, cookie called '__smalldressup__'. This cookie contains the ID of the game you marked as favourite and the preferred language. This cookie does not do trackbacks or any other harmfull techniques and you are completely safe using it. This way you can come back and play your favourite game after a week or 2 without any registration. In order for the favourite games to appear you must play them on the computer you first saved them.

We also store the IP for a couple of minutes for our online users check. We also store the IP of the visitors who submit games to us in case of conflict that has at its base copyrights or illegal content that might be harmful to children.

There might be other third party scripts installed that might store data about your visit or your actions but they are harmless. Nevertheless by entering SmallDressUp.com you agree that Browsing on the Internet is not completely safe and that you might want to secure your internet connection and your PC by installing an AntiVirus and a Firewall.

Chatting and moderation

This feature has been disabled due to abusive usage and spamming. We are currently looking for the best way of providing to our users a friendly and safe environment for all.

You must understand that by leaving SmallDressUp.com through one of those links you do it fully aware that you are leaving this website or its terms leaving us out of any conflicts that might appear between you and third-party websites.

SmallDressUp.com is displaying advertisment on the game pages, advertisment from Google Adsense. Google offers child safe targeted ads to our users. Google is also using the DART cookie to collect information about every user. This cookie does not store any personal data or sensitive information and can be removed by you searching the cookie in the cookies folder of your browser on your PC.

SmallDressUp.com is also displaying other types of ads not in our ingame pages, ads that are from Clicksor.com and that do not interfere with Google Adsense Ads on game pages. These second type of ads have been filtered to be child friendly and we took every measure to have a friendly environment. However, if you as a parent or as a user find ads that are not appropriate for childresn please notify us at one using our contact form.

Advertising on SmallDressUp.com

SmallDressUp.com offers advertisment places in a single place throghout the website: the game pages. On each game page you will see 1 type of ad sizes: a 336x280px box in 2 positions, situated in the middle center and middle right. These ad spots show Google Adsense Ads and are child friendly. If you wish to advertise on our website, please use your Google Adwords account to book a spot in the 2 ad places as both can be targeted for advertising.

Here we have all sort of dress up games for all ages. The copyright of these games are the sole property of their creators as we do not claim to have any rights upon the games hosted on our servers. Users agree that by submitting the game to us the phisical file that is stored on our server is though our property and that we may decide to delete it, publish it or unpublish it without any previous announcement.

If you think that someone is using your work and has stolen your creation please use the contact form in our contact page and write us a message containg the link to the page where you saw this copyright abuse and we will take imediate action to delete de game and report it to the proper authorities.

All the games published on SmallDressUp.com must follow the above rule and we can't be held responsible if those requirements are not met.

We also take the right to publish a game with or without the links enabled and submitting the game to us you take this into consideration. The games are published with links only to our partners and you can become one very easy: contact us telling us your request and start publishing our games and we will add you to our partner list and you will have a fully featured game. The game is not tempered with in any way all the time that it is found on our servers.

It doensn't matter the size of the website that you own, it matters that you respect us as we respect you.

We also consider that your game is free if it is found on different websites and without any accurate specifications to us not to have it published we take the right to publish your game, notifying you of this if possible.

We may also decide to block the interaction with the browser because of the security riscs that are involved when accessing the browsers DOM without our consent on our servers.

Downloads

We provide the option to Download a game for every user. This means that if a user would like to play a game localy on his/hers computer, the user can download it from our ingame page and use it how he thinks best. Submitting games to us or having them published here allows us to have the download option for every game displayed on SmallDressUp.com and once a user downloaded the game they have the right to use it how they think best, outside our policies.

Concerning the games the are produced in house and that can be found in the 'Download' section, they are our property and you are forbidden to decompile them, alter them in any way. You can however post them on your website(s) in the state that they are found on our server.

You may decide to publish them without links.. we would be gratefull if you would not but it is your right to act how you think it is best for your website.

Anyone can subscribe to our newsletter. By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive one email / week that contains the latest games added on SmallDressUp.com and other featured games. You can unsubscribe at any time from our newsletter list and you will be erased from our database. Subscribing to our newsletter requires a valid email adress that you must confirm upon subscription. We do not disclose your email or make it public to anyone nor share it with our partners. Please provide a safe email adress that you consider to be appropriate for receiving newsletters form us.
